Project: Family Room addition and Kitchen Remodel, including Pella Impervia windows:
"We researched several potential building contractors using the Better Business Bureau as a starting point.
Their collaborative design process insured that the concepts we were seeking and the architectural detail needed
were incorporated into the design.
We found 21st Century Building Company to be very reliable, dependable, and provided quality craftsmanship work.
We were kept informed of everything that was planned, the impact on our personal environment, and what they needed
from us to keep the project moving."
The skilled contractors rapidly identified fixes that resolved the issues and kept our project on schedule. They
also paid close attention to all the detail items that we identified as we neared the completion of our project.
We are very pleased with the work they did and we are very excited and happy with our new family room and kitchen.
In the future, if we decide to do any additional work on our home, we would return to 21st Century Building Company
without hesitation."

manner.
We would recommend 21st Century Building Company to anyone contemplating building or remodeling projects."

Project: Master Bathroom and Laundry Room Remodel:
"Thank you to you and your staff for making my wife's dream of a beautifully remodeled bathroom come true.
Although we had a fairly detailed concept in mind, your designer Diane's styling expertise contributed immensely
to an even more beautiful outcome.
David professionally managed the project from estimate to completion, and also provided many useful alternatives
and suggestions which helped us stay within our budget.
John's expertise in all phases of the project and his attention to every detail are to be commended. He offered
thoughtful alternatives when the inevitable adjustments and compromises to the plan were required.
We would also like to thank you all for executing the less extensive but much needed remodel of our laundry room.
A nicer and more useable arrangement of the room was the outcome.
Because we would certainly recommend your company to anyone considering a remodeling project, please feel free
to provide our contact information to them."

Project: Whole
House Remodel:
"Once I found 21st Century Building Company I was immediately put at ease by their straight forward approach
and attention to detail. They were extremely easy to work with and very professional.
The design process itself was incredibly productive. We were impressed with Go-To-Meeting, the high-tech online
conferencing internet site that makes it possible for everyone to participate, in real time, in the actual design
process. Through this process we were able to refine the entire house, room by room, and felt confident that we
had achieved the optimal final layout.
The whole house remodel included a new kitchen, master bedroom, three bathrooms, family room with custom cherry
fireplace and built-ins, finished basement, hardwood flooring, and a Florida room. We would highly recommend both
21st Century Building Company, and their designer, to do any size renovation."

Project: Two-bedroom, second story finished addition over existing garage
"We would like to recommend 21st Century Building Company to anyone considering a room addition or major remodeling
project. We are very pleased with the choice that we made and would choose 21st Century again for any future work
we need.
One of the reasons that the job went so well, is that 21st Century Building's designer did an excellent job of
designing the two bedrooms we needed. He was able to conceptualize the way the addition would look in
3-D and full color. He proved to us, even before the job began, that the addition was going to make the house actually
look better."

Project: Second
Story finished addition
"We chose to use 21st Century Building Company's design service, which is a computerized modeling program
that lets you see your project on the computer screen from many different angles. It helped make many of those
tough design decisions easier because you can actually see how they would end up looking.
We were impressed with our building team's dedication and attention to detail. The job site was thoroughly cleaned
after each days work and the project took only 6 weeks from demolition to completion, despite several rain outs.
We would recommend 21st Century Building Company to anyone who is thinking of doing any type of home remodeling.
We have used other companies for previous remodeling projects and they did not match the quality and professionalism
of 21st Century."

Project: 2006:
Siding, roofing, windows, and Cultured Stone
2007: 24' x 28' finished two story addition; Upstairs one bedroom in-law quarters with a galley kitchen, family
room, bathroom, and laundry room; Downstairs two-car garage and work area
"…A year later, when we realized that we needed to add on to the house, we again hired 21st Century Building
Company to do our project. David and his 21st Century crew addressed any problems that arose, always solving them
to our satisfaction.
Our designer worked very well with us and we were quite pleased with his final design. In a relatively small space,
confined by irregular side and back lot lines, Ed was able to provide my dad with his own quarters, complete with
kitchen, laundry, accessible bath, bedroom, and family room. We would highly recommend Ed for his design talent,
creativity, and space planning capabilities.
We are happy with 21st Century Building Company and their ability to put any size project together. We highly recommend
the company, along with Ed's design talents, and are happy we hired them."

Project: James Hardie siding, roof tear-off, Pella windows, and four-season finished
lower level
"Three years ago, 21st Century Building Company did a complete James Hardie fiber-cement siding job including
a roof tear-off. We were very pleased with the company and the work they did for us, so we were enthusiastic to
hire them again to transpose the aluminum-enclosed porch into a four-season finished level. We feel that the completed
job has increased the value of the home sufficiently to more than offset the project cost, as well as increase
the appeal and comfort of the lower level lakefront rooms.
Kevin and David did a great job to get this project done for us, and we would highly recommend 21st Century Building
Company for any challenging home improvement project."

Project: James Hardie ColorPlus fiber-cement siding project
"In our search for a builder we came across David Kramer and 21st Century Building Company. They were recommended
by David Karapetian, a neighbor who recently had the company do his siding with James Hardie. To their credit,
all the work was done to our satisfaction.
If we had any questions along the way or problems encountered, David and his crew always made themselves available
for prompt resolution. We are very happy with our results and would recommend anyone looking for a home improvement
contact 21st Century Building Company"

Project: James
Hardie ColorPlus fiber-cement siding and Pella windows project
"I would like to personably thank you for the project you completed on my home this past summer. Your crew's
work on the Hardie siding was exceptional. I checked out other companies and their craftsmanship was very poor
compared to your men. The Pella windows your men installed looked great, and my wife loves the built-in blinds.
I appreciated when your crew and your foreman explained about changes that could be made on the job to make it
look better and more finished looking.
I checked with 2 of my neighbors, who have the same cluster home, on their heating expenses for the winter so far.
My heating bills are over 30% below theirs. My house seems to be more comfortable and evenly heated during the
winter, and I save money.
As you know, my wife is a real stickler for clean work. No messes. Your guys worked with her and I know that is
no easy job.
Thanks again for the neat and clean job your company competed on my home."

Project: James
Hardie fiber-cement siding project
"We just wanted to write this letter to let you know how happy we are with the siding project that you completed
for us. The 'James Hardie' siding looks absolutely fantastic. In fact, the entire job exceeds our original expectations.
Even more than the actual siding, we appreciate the craftsmanship and professionalism of you and your employees.
your crew, Chris, and Kevin impressed us with their work ethic and attention to detail. Your suggestions were extremely
helpful and your personal interest before, during, and after the project was very refreshing.
We would certainly recommend you and 21st Century Building Company to anyone interested in this type of project.
We want to thank you again for the great job and look forward to our maintenance free exterior."

Project: James Hardie fiber-cement siding, compete front porch reconstruction,
cultured stone fireplace, garden window, and reconfiguration of roof by eliminating 9 skylights in Family Room
"We recently engaged 21st Century Building Company to manage a large project at our home. It entailed a total
re-do of the outside of the house, involving demo of the old siding, then preparing for and installing new.
We had James Hardie siding installed and new trim all around. The products used look beautiful, and the final result
exceeded my expectations. The front porch is magnificently detailed and professionally built.
David handled preparation for the project. His care and specificity regarding all the details and options (and
his allowing me to weigh in with my opinions) made for a very successful outcome.
We were very lucky to have your crew and his crew handling the work for us. Their interest in doing high quality
work was apparent throughout the project. It was especially helpful that they consulted me as design elements were
being implemented. your crew was very flexible about changes in sizes and shapes, when the design on paper just
wasn't quite right in reality. This collaboration made the details really work and the overall look of the house
to be just what we wanted.
Thank you to everyone at 21st Century Building Company for a job well done on our big blue beauty!"

Project: James
Hardie fiber-cement siding with an added overhang to the front of the home
"We wanted to let the team at 21st Century Building Company know how pleased we are with the work that was
performed on our house. From project quotation through the execution of the job, they considered every detail.
We chose 21st Century because they came up with some great design ideas to give our home some much needed curb
appeal. We received quotations from several companies, but 21st Century was the only company to recommend that
we add an overhang to the front of our house. This design feature made our home look like an entirely different
building.
Our project consisted of removing old aluminum siding and replacing it with James Hardie fiber-cement siding. We
also added the overhang to the front of our house, and replaced all of the fascia and soffit. The results were
impressive; it transformed our house from a worn looking structure to a beautiful home with a classic appearance.
We would recommend 21st Century Building Company to anyone that is interested in a quality job with attention to
detail. Our first priority was to have the job done the right way, and that is exactly what we got.
