Exterior Remodeling and Renovation
When it comes to first impression and "curb appeal" it’s all about the exterior. We have renovated hundreds of homes with new siding, windows, doors, roofing, and insulation packages (ask about our Energy Audit) reducing monthly heating and cooling bills. James Hardie fiber-cement siding will recoup 80.0% of its value, and vinyl siding 72.4%, respectively, making siding the highest % return on investment category you can make in your home (Remodeling Magazine, Cost vs. Value report, 2011), thus increasing its appeal when you are ready to sell.

A whole new exterior look can be accomplished (with guidance from our Design Team) with James Hardie or Weatherboards lap/shingle siding or vinyl siding profiles, Cultured Stone façades, clear fir ceilings, architectural accents, new shutters, and gutters. Below is a quick look at manufactured products we recommend and install on a regular basis.

Interior Remodeling and Renovation (Including Home Office, Lower Levels, Media, and Entertainment Areas)
When contemplating interior remodeling, it’s important to consider your entire home whether you intend to remodel a single room or an entire living area. Even small changes, such as doorway and closet locations, can impact traffic flow and livability. Our Design Team takes into consideration all aspects of an interior remodel to assure continuity with the "big picture", enhancing or complimenting the existing style and personality of your home. The Team considers room usage, millwork, lighting fixtures with emphasis (direct and indirect), wall colors, flooring materials/colors, and accessories to assure that everything "flows" and functions well.

Our company loves removing interior walls to expand interior space. When removed walls create a new space, our design process specifically addresses re-purposing the space with practical and scaled cabinetry, furniture placement, flooring transitions, and traffic flow elements.

Finishing or remodeling a Lower Level is a cost-effective way to add significant, livable space to your home. Turning your unfinished or old-paneled basement into well-planned space could include opening egress windows for natural light and air as well as safety considerations. Additional functional space can be designed in for an exercise room, home office, media room, wet bar, hobby room, wine cellar, wrapping room, or an in-law suite with a separate entrance.

A well-designed mudroom or laundry room can make a significant difference in your family’s life. It’s just easier when there’s a place for everything and everything is in its place. Kids are more likely to put things away when they have their own cubbies and cabinets. Sports equipment stays organized when it has its own storage bins.
