Our current Featured Project is
a complex, multi-dimensional design intended to take an 80’s style brick contemporary and transform it into a “timeless”
home. One of our design goals was to strive for the warmth of cedar and look of natural components without the
associated maintenance, utilizing the latest 21st Century
technology available.
The west-facing location on Orchard Lake regularly subjects this home to inclement weather with predominant wind-driven
rain often reaching 60+ mph. Such conditions call for plans to use special products, including specialized installation
techniques, that will withstand this abuse for years to come. A closer look will reveal what customers of ours
already know.
As a showcase of 21st Century materials we make available, this Featured Project demonstrates that you can have
a maintenance-free exterior that can never rot, peel, blister, or warp, and still have the natural look of wood
that gives a home timeless charm and beauty. The improved property value hasn’t hurt either!
